We’re so honored to tell y’all that Extragrams won the Business Champion Award of Texas from Equality Texas, and we couldn’t have done it without y’all!
A year ago, when the war on drag began - we knew we would stand up and be a voice in this process but we had no idea where to start or how the legislative process worked. It was with the help of Equality Texas that allowed us to act and show up. We were able to use our platform and voice because of the resources and support that Equality Texas gave.
From starting as a small company that wished to bring joy and put smiles on the face of Austin citizens during a terrifying time, to storming the Capitol and defending the rights of our fellow Drag performers, we have definitely come a long way, but our journey doesn’t end here!
We are beyond GRATEFUL for everyone who has thought of Extragrams whenever they host a party, event, or even a simple gathering.
